Lora has been decorating and teaching for over ten years. She is an active member CSSA (Canadian Society of Sugar Artistry).
Her cakes have received awards for her cakes both in Canada and in the USA .
In October 2006 placing in the top 10 for the “Most Creative Cake Contest” sponsored by Quick and Simple Magazine. April 2007, she placed second in “A cake suited for a Man” at Erin Mills Town Centre, sponsored by C.S.S.A.
Lora is a certified Wilton Method Instructor, has taught for the Toronto District School Board, The City of Toronto and for a number of different independent shops in Toronto.
